Crash Management rocks! We refer all our clients to the Crash Team now and the results speak for themselves. Our clients receive a far superior service experience than if left to the mercy of ‘ insurance panelbeaters ‘ and indeed the insurance companies themselves. The Crash Management model puts the ‘service ‘ back into customer service with perfect workmanship every time. Every broker in New Zealand should be endorsing Crash Management! If they’re not, that’s fine too because the Crash Team gives our company a BIG edge on our competition and clients love us for it!

I have to agree with LF, I was skeptical initially but have been convinced by brokers’ recollections of improved service and satisfaction with the Crash Management offering. It’s a hard pill to swallow on the underwriter side of the fence, every insurer believes their MV offering is the smartest and to be fair its a very tight market. Insurers and panelbeaters all complain there is no margin so we’re not sure there’s room for a middle-man even if clients do ‘love it’. We don’t know how Crash survives or delivers what they do but I have to concede the results are unbeatable – any driver is better of with Crash Management. If I had a car claim I’d certainly call them.

Nice one guys but how about some goodies for us hard working panelbeaters that do all the REAL work! haha. Serious. We know the insurance brokers deliver the car claims we appreciate them too as well as your crash team. Keep up the good work, we all like happy customers and they won’t be getting that from NZI preferred repairers!
