Most car insurance policies don’t include a free courtesy car or replacement car clause so when it’s time to make a car accident claim – you’re stranded.     The free courtesy car stock has always been a handy resource and with no “spare” cars in our fleet anymore we’re grateful for it! The new rental car option has been an absolute bonus too. We have an exclusive arrangement with a supplier that includes the ability to charge all costs back to the AT FAULT insurance company. This means our clients do not have to get involved or waste their time at all. They can simply call us on 0800 2CRASH, our Operations Team validate the claim, lodge the free rental car request, and the vehicle is delivered to our customer. Usually this can all be faciitated on the day of the accident, so it’s an extremely valuable resource for our clients particularly in a larger scale incident where our customer’s car is undriveable and requires us to arrange towing to one of our repair facilities.
