With the rapidly increasing complexity of collision repair (aka panelbeating, in NZ) methodologies and technologies it’s critical that only qualified technicians with the right equipment are allowed to work on these vehicles particularly for structural and chassis repairs. Crash Management works only with certified structural repair centres and this ensures all insurance claims are repaired back to manufacturers specifications. It’s the customer’s right to choose the repairer they prefer and that includes Crash Management – in addition to saving our clients time, stress and inconvenience, we are very much the customer’s advocate so quality standards and safety are never compromised.
